Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit); 1 Then by oath of those that push with a strong gust. 2 and by the scatterers scattering (rain) 3 Then by those that clearly differentiate the right and wrong. 4 and those (angels) dropping, reminding 5 excusing or warning, 6 that whatever with which you have been warned will inevitably come to pass. 7 Then when the stars lose their lights; 8 Heavens will rent asunder. 9 and the mountains are blown away, 10 And when the apostles are gathered at their appointed time 11 For which day were they appointed? 12 The Day of Judgement. 13 How will you comprehend what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 15 Did We not destroy the earlier people? 16 So shall We make later generations to follow them. 17 thus do We deal with the culprits. 18 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 19 Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable?- 20 Then We lodged you in a secure place (the womb) 21 For a certain appointed time, 22 Thus We have determined the stages of development and Our power to determine is excellent indeed. 23 Ah woe, that Day! to the Rejecters of Truth! 24 Have We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together. 25 For the living and the dead, 26 And made therein mountains standing firm, lofty (in stature); and provided for you water sweet (and wholesome)? 27 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 28 Depart to that you cried was lies! 29 Proceed to that shadow, rising in three columns 30 which neither gives shade nor protects one from the flames. 31 it throws spits as (high as a huge) palace, 32 and yellow camels. 33 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 34 That will be the Day on which they will not (be able to) utter a word, 35 nor shall they be given permission, so that they can apologize. 36 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 37 This is the Day of Judgement; We will have assembled you and the former peoples. 38 if you have a trick, try you now to trick Me!' 39 Woe on the day unto the beliers! 40
