Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the loosed ones successively 1 And the winds that blow violently 2 and by the scatterers scattering (rain) 3 And the scattering winds scattering. 4 and then cast (Allah's) remembrance (in people's hearts), 5 To clear or to warn. 6 BEHOLD, all that you are told to expect will surely come to pass. 7 So when the stars are extinguished, 8 And when the heaven is rent asunder, 9 and when the mountains crumble into dust 10 and when all the apostles are called together at a time appointed... 11 For what day is that time fixed? 12 The Day of Judgement. 13 And what will explain to you what is the Day of sorting out? 14 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 and then follow them with the later folk? 17 This is how We deal with the guilty. 18 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 19 Created We you not of water despicable, 20 Then We lodged you in a secure place (the womb) 21 till a known term decreed? 22 We determined; excellent determiners are We. 23 Woe, on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 24 Have We not caused the earth to hold within itself 25 for the living and for the dead? 26 And have placed therein firm, and tall mountains; and have given you to drink sweet water? 27 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 28 Proceed to that (the Day of Judgment) which you have rejected. 29 “Move towards the shadow of the smoke having three branches.” 30 wherein there is neither shade, nor freeing from the blazing flames 31 and throwing up sparks as huge as towers 32 Seeming like yellow camels. 33 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 34 This is the day on which they shall not speak, 35 Nor will it be permitted for them to make an excuse. 36 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 37 That is the Day of Judgement on which We have assembled you as well as all those who went before you. 38 If now you have any strategy, use it against Me. 39 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 40
