O ye who believe! Observe your duty to Allah with right observance, and die not save as those who have surrendered (unto Him) 102 Hold on firmly together to the rope of God, and be not divided among yourselves, and remember the favours God bestowed on you when you were one another's foe and He reconciled your hearts, and you turned into brethren through His grace. You had stood on the edge of a pit of fire and He saved you from it, thus revealing to you His clear signs that you may find the right way perchance. 103 And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful. 104 And be ye not as those who separated and disputed after the clear proofs had come unto them. For such there is an awful doom, 105 The Day when faces will be whitened and faces blackened. To those whose faces have become blackened it will be said: 'Did you disbelieve after you had believed? Then taste the punishment for that you disbelieved' 106 And as to those whose faces turn white, they shall be in Allah's mercy; in it they shall-abide. 107 These are revelations of Allah; We rehearse them unto thee with truth, and Allah intendeth not wrong unto the worlds. 108 To God belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth and to Him do all things return. 109
