The pious ones will be triumphant. 31 Gardens and vineyards, 32 And voluptuous women of equal age; 33 and a cup [of happiness] overflowing. 34 They will hear therein no babble nor falsehood: 35 Recompense from thy Lord, a gift, (amply) sufficient, 36 The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all that lies between them, most benevolent, to whom none may dare address a word. 37 Upon the day when the Spirit and the angels stand in ranks they shall speak not, save him to whom the All-merciful has given leave, and who speaks aright. 38 That Day will be the sure Reality: Therefore, whoso will, let him take a (straight) return to his Lord! 39 Lo! We warn you of a chastisement near at hand; the Day when a man will look on what his own hands have sent forth, and the unbelievers shall say: “Oh would that I were utter dust.” 40
