None shall speak save he whom the Merciful Lord will permit; and he too will speak what is right. 38 That is the True Day; therefore whoever wills may take the path towards his Lord. 39 Surely We have warned you of a chastisement near at hand: the day when man shall see what his two hands have sent before, and the unbeliever shall say: O! would that I were dust! 40
