Al-Naba' 2 of 2
Indeed the place of success is for the pious. 31 Gardens enclosed, and grapevines; 32 And voluptuous women of equal age; 33 And an overflowing cup. 34 No vanity shall they hear therein, nor Untruth:- 35 [All this will be] a reward from thy Sustainer, a gift in accordance with [His Own] reckoning 36 Lord of the heavens and earth, and all that between them is, the All-merciful of whom they have no power to speak. 37 On the day when the angels and the Spirit stand arrayed, they speak not, saving him whom the Beneficent alloweth and who speaketh right. 38 That Day is sure to come. So let him who will seek a resort with his Lord. 39 Indeed, We have forewarned you of an imminent punishment, the Day when the person will look upon his works and the unbelievers will say: 'Would that I were dust' 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
