[But,] verily for the God-conscious there is supreme fulfilment in store: 31 theirs shall be gardens and vineyards, 32 And full-breasted [companions] of equal age 33 And a cup full (to the brim). 34 No empty talk will they hear in that [paradise,] nor any lie. 35 A reward from your Lord – a grossly sufficient bestowal. 36 Lord of the heavens and earth, and all that between them is, the All-merciful of whom they have no power to speak. 37 On that Day, when the Spirit (Gabriel) and the angels stand in ranks they shall not speak, except he to whom the Merciful has given permission, and says what is right. 38 That is the True Day; so he who wills may take to his Lord a [way of] return. 39 Lo! We warn you of a doom at hand, a day whereon a man will look on that which his own hands have sent before, and the disbeliever will cry: "Would that I were dust!" 40
