The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the (angels) who tear out (the souls of the wicked) with violence; 1 and move [in their orbits] with steady motion, 2 and float [through space] with floating serene, 3 by those that outstrip them suddenly, 4 and thus they fulfil the [Creator's] behest! 5 On the day when the first trumpet sound blasts 6 and will be followed by the second one, 7 On that day hearts beat painfully 8 and their eyes shall be downcast with dread. 9 [And yet,] some say: "What! Are we indeed to be restored to our former state 10 "Even after we are crumbled bones?" 11 They say: that then shall be a losing return. 12 However, it will only take a single blast 13 and behold! They will all come out in the open. 14 Hast thou received the story of Moses? 15 When his Lord called to him in the holy valley, Towa: 16 Saying: go thou unto Fir'awn; verily he hath waxen exorbitant. 17 "And say to him, 'Wouldst thou that thou shouldst be purified (from sin)?- 18 ‘And I may guide you to your Lord, so that you may fear.’” 19 And he showed him the tremendous token. 20 But (the Pharaoh) disavowed and disobeyed. 21 Then he turned away in a hurry, 22 And he gathered [his people] and called out 23 and proclaimed, "I am your supreme Lord," 24 Allah therefore seized him, in the punishment of this world and the Hereafter. 25 Verily, in this is an instructive admonition for whosoever fears Allah. 26

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
