The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
CONSIDER those [stars] that rise only to set, 1 by the drawers (the angels of death), gently drawing (the souls of the believers), 2 and by [the clouds] that swim serenely and 3 Then outpace the others swiftly 4 and then manage the affairs of the Universe (according to their Lord's commands). 5 On the day when the first trump resoundeth. 6 What must happen afterwards shall follow it. 7 Hearts on that Day will be throbbing; 8 and their eyes shall be humbled. 9 They say: “Shall we indeed be restored to life, 10 What! when we are rotten bones? 11 They say, "That, then, would be a losing return." 12 Surely they will need no more than a single stern blast, 13 to bring them out of their graves and back to life on the earth's surface. 14 (Muhammad), have you heard the story of Moses 15 How his Lord called him in the holy vale of Tuwa, 16 and directed him: “Go to Pharaoh, he has rebelled, 17 And say to him: "Would you purify yourself (from the sin of disbelief by becoming a believer)", 18 And I will guide you to your Lord so that you should fear. 19 Then Moses (went to Pharaoh and) showed him the Great Sign; 20 But (Pharaoh) rejected it and disobeyed (guidance); 21 Further, he turned his back, striving hard (against Allah). 22 and gathered his people together 23 then said: 'I am your lord, the most high' 24 Thereupon Allah seized him for the chastisement of the World to Come as well as of the present. 25 Surely in that is a lesson for him who fears! 26

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
