What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
