What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 and preferred the present life, 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
