[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),- 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
