[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
