What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 But how are you to know? 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
