[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
