What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 On the day when the great calamity comes, 34 On that day man will recall all what he strove for. 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46
