Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 On that day man will recall all what he strove for. 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 But, whosoever feared the standing before his Lord and prevented the self from desires, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
