[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 then he who transgressed 37 And preferred the worldly life, 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
