What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 and He has made dark its night and brought forth its light of day. 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 then he who transgressed 37 and preferred the present life, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
