Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you more difficult to create, or is the heaven that He constructed? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 and has caused its waters to come out of it, and its pastures, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 On the day when the great calamity comes, 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
