[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and preferred the present life, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 indeed, their refuge shall be Paradise. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 But how are you to know? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
