Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 high above? 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
