Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 On the day when the great calamity comes, 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
