'Abasa
He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ He frowned and turned away 1 that the blind man came to him. 2 And what should teach thee? Perchance he would cleanse him, 3 Or that he might receive admonition, and the teaching might profit him? 4 As for him who thinketh himself independent, 5 So you are after him! 6 although it is not for you to be concerned if he remained unpurified. 7 But as to him who came to you running. 8 and fearfully, 9 So you leave him, and are engrossed elsewhere! 10 By no means! Verily it is an admonition. 11 So whoever wishes may remember it. 12 (It is) in Books held (greatly) in honour, 13 exalted and purified, 14 In the hands of scribes (angels). 15 and angelic scribes. 16 Woe to man! What hath made him reject Allah; 17 Out of what did Allah create him? 18 Out of a sperm-drop did He create him and then determined a measure for him, 19 Then He makes the Path easy for him; 20 Then gave him death, so had him put in the grave. 21 Then He will raise him up again when He please. 22 Not one – he has not yet completed what he was commanded. 23 Let man look at his food: 24 For that We pour forth water in abundance, 25 and let the earth to break open 26 Thereby produced grain in it. 27 And Grapes and nutritious plants, 28 and olive trees and date palms 29 And garden-closes of thick foliage 30 And fruits and Abba (herbage, etc.), 31 A provision for you and for your cattle. 32 But, when the Blast comes, 33 On the Day whereon a man shall flee from his brother, 34 And from his mother and his father, 35 his wife and his sons: 36 Each man will have enough cares that day. 37 Some faces on that day shall shine 38 and be cheerful and joyous. 39 And many a face will be covered with dust on that day. 40 Veiled in darkness, 41 these, these will be the ones who denied the truth and were immersed in iniquity! 42
God the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
