He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ The Prophet frowned and turned away 1 from a blind man who had come up to him. 2 How could you know? Perhaps he would cleanse himself, 3 (He might) remember, and the Reminder might profit him. 4 As for him who thinketh himself independent, 5 You pay full attention, 6 although it is not for you to be concerned if he remained unpurified. 7 But he who comes to you running, 8 And is afraid (of Allah and His Punishment), 9 you ignore him. 10 NAY, VERILY, these [messages] are but a reminder: 11 So whosoever willeth - let him be admonished therewlth. 12 Inscribed in Writs honoured, 13 Exalted, purified, 14 In the hands of scribes 15 Noble and righteous. 16 May man be slain how ungrateful he is! 17 From what stuff hath He created him? 18 From a (sperm) drop He created him and then determined him, 19 then eased his path for him, 20 then He caused him to die and brought him to the grave, 21 Then when He wills, He will resurrect him. 22 Not one he has not yet completed what he was commanded. 23 Let the human reflect on the food he eats, 24 We poured out the rains abundantly, 25 and then We cleaved the earth asunder. 26 And caused to grow within it grain 27 And grapes and vegetables 28 And olive and palm trees 29 And garden-closes of thick foliage 30 And fruits and fodder: 31 for you and for your animals to enjoy. 32 But when the deafening blast is sounded, 33 on that Day a man shall flee from his own brother, 34 his mother and his father, 35 And from his wife and his children. 36 Each man will have enough cares that day. 37 Some faces will shine, 38 laughing and joyful, 39 And other faces that Day will be dust-stained, 40 Dust shall cover them 41 These will be the unbelievers, the wicked. 42
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: He Frowned ('Abasa). Sent down in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
اقرأ القرآن الكريم كله ملونا بالكامل، حيث تولد ألوان وأشكال الصفحات بشكل عشوائي تماما بحيث لا يتكرر التركيب نفسه مرتين.
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color, where pages randomly generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
