He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ (The Prophet) frowned and turned away, 1 when the blind man approached him, 2 And what could let you know? Perhaps he (comes to hear you) to be purified. 3 or receive some (Quranic) advice which would benefit him. 4 Yet you pay attention 5 you eagerly attended to him -- 6 Yet it is not thy concern if he grow not (in grace). 7 But as to him who came to thee striving earnestly, 8 And is afraid (of Allah and His Punishment), 9 From him thou art distracted. 10 No indeed, this is a Reminder; 11 So whoso wills may give heed to it. 12 upon pages high-honoured, 13 Exalted, pure. 14 In the hands of scribes 15 noble and virtuous scribes. 16 Cursed is man; how disbelieving is he. 17 From what did He create him? 18 Out of a sperm-drop did He create him and then determined a measure for him, 19 and then makes it easy for him to go through life; 20 Then He causes him to die, and puts him in his grave; 21 Then, when it is His Will, He will raise him up (again). 22 Nay, but [man] has never yet fulfilled what He has enjoined upon him! 23 Let the human being think about (how We produce) his food. 24 How We poured down water in torrents, 25 then We split the earth in fissures 26 to yield therein corn, 27 And Grapes and nutritious plants, 28 And olives and date-palms, 29 And dense gardens, 30 And fruits and fodder: 31 all this as a provision for you and your cattle. 32 Then when cometh the Deafening Cry 33 Man will fly from his brother, 34 And his mother and his father, 35 and his consort and his children; 36 on that Day each will be occupied with his own business, making him oblivious of all save himself. 37 Many a face will be glittering on that day. 38 laughing, rejoicing at glad tidings. 39 And other faces that Day will be dust-stained, 40 Veiled in darkness, 41 Such will be the Kafarah (disbelievers in Allah, in His Oneness, and in His Messenger Muhammad (Peace be upon him), etc.), the Fajarah (wicked evil doers). 42
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
