The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
When the sun (with its spacious light) is folded up; 1 When the stars fall, losing their lustre; 2 And when the mountains shall made to pass away; 3 The ten-month pregnant female camels are abandoned, 4 The wild beasts stampede on the run, 5 and when the seas are set on fire, 6 when the souls are coupled (to their body), 7 And when the female infant buried alive is asked 8 For what sin she was killed? 9 And when the pages are made public 10 when heaven is stripped, 11 when Hell shall be set blazing, 12 and Paradise brought nigh: 13 then shall a soul know what it has produced. 14 I swear by the receding stars, 15 the runners, the sinkers, 16 And the night when it departs, 17 And by the morning when it shineth forth, 18 truly this is the word of a noble Messenger 19 Owner of power, and high rank with (Allah) the Lord of the Throne, 20 Obeyed one; then trustworthy. 21 And your companion is not gone mad. 22 he truly beheld him [the angel] on the clear horizon. 23 And he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) withholds not a knowledge of the unseen. 24 And the Qur’an is not the recitation of Satan the outcast. 25 Where to are you then heading? 26 Verily, this (the Quran) is no less than a Reminder to (all) the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 27 So let those who want, choose the right guidance 28 Though you cannot desire except as God will, the Lord of all the worlds. 29
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
