The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the sun is overthrown, 1 When the stars fall, losing their lustre; 2 and when the mountains are made to vanish, 3 And when the camels are left untended, 4 when the savage beasts shall be brought together, 5 And when the seas rise, 6 when the souls shall be coupled, 7 And when the girl-child who was buried alive is asked. 8 For what crime she was put to death; 9 and when the scrolls [of men's deeds] are unfolded, 10 when heaven is stripped, 11 and when the blazing fire [of hell] is kindled bright, 12 And when Paradise shall be brought near, 13 [then] each soul shall know what it has put forward. 14 Oh, but I call to witness the planets, 15 The stars which rise and set, 16 The closing night, 17 and the morn as it breathes. 18 Verily, this is the Word (this Quran brought by) a most honourable messenger [Jibrael (Gabriel), from Allah to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)]. 19 Full of power, well-established (in position) with the Lord and Master of the Throne, 20 there he is obeyed and held trustworthy. 21 And your companion is not [at all] mad. 22 he indeed saw the message-bearer on the clear horizon; 23 And he is not avid of the Unseen. 24 The Quran is not the word of condemned satan. 25 Whither, then, will you go? 26 It is naught but a Reminder unto all beings, 27 To whomsoever among you who wills to walk straight, 28 but will you shall not, unless God wills, the Lord of all Being. 29
God the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
