The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the sunlight is rolled up. 1 when the stars shall scatter away, 2 And when the mountains are removed 3 And when the camels are left untended, 4 The wild beasts stampede on the run, 5 When the oceans surge and swell, 6 And when souls are united, 7 When the female (infant), buried alive, is questioned - 8 For what sin she was slain. 9 And when the pages are laid open, 10 when heaven shall be stripped off; 11 And when Hell-fire shall be kindled to fierce ablaze. 12 when Paradise is brought near, 13 then, each soul shall know what it has produced. 14 I swear by the receding stars, 15 the planets that run their course and set, 16 and by the night as it recedes, 17 And by the dawn when it breathes 18 Truly, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 19 The processor of strength, having an honorable place with the Lord of the Dominion, 20 obeyed by (all creatures) and faithful to His trust. 21 Your companion is not possessed; 22 he truly saw him on the clear horizon; 23 he is not grudging of the Unseen. 24 Nor is it the word of a satan accursed. 25 Whither, then, will you go? 26 This is naught but an admonition unto the worlds 27 For those of you who desire to walk the path that is straight, 28 but your wishing will not avail unless Allah, the Lord of the Universe, so wishes. 29

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
