The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the sun shall be folded up, 1 The stars turn dim and scatter, 2 And when the mountains shall made to pass away; 3 And when full-term she-camels are neglected 4 when the savage beasts shall be brought together, 5 when the seas shall be set boiling, 6 when the souls are coupled (to their body), 7 When the female (infant), buried alive, is questioned - 8 For what sin she was killed, 9 And when the pages are made public 10 The curtain drawn back from the skies, 11 and Hell is stoked, 12 And when the Garden is brought nigh, 13 (Then) every person will know what he has brought (of good and evil). 14 But nay! I swear by the stars, 15 Who move straight and stop. 16 And by the night as it departs; 17 and the morn as it softly breathes: 18 behold, this [divine writ] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 19 [Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position], 20 [the word] of one to be heeded, and worthy of trust! 21 Your companion (Muhammad) does not suffer from any mental illness 22 And he has already seen Gabriel in the clear horizon. 23 he is not niggardly of the Unseen. 24 Nor is this the word of an outcast devil. 25 Whither then will you go? 26 This [message] is no less than a reminder to all mankind 27 To whomsoever among you who wills to walk straight, 28 And what will you wish, except if Allah wills the Lord of the Creation. 29
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
