The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the sun shall be folded up, 1 when the stars are thrown down, 2 And when the mountains shall be made to pass away, 3 and when she-camels big with young, about to give birth, are left untended, 4 And when the wild beasts shall be gathered together; 5 And when the seas rise, 6 And when the souls are paired 7 and when the girl-child buried alive shall be asked: 8 for what crime she had been slain, 9 And when the Writs shall be lain open, 10 The curtain drawn back from the skies, 11 and Hell is stoked, 12 And when Paradise shall be brought near, 13 A soul will [then] know what it has brought [with it]. 14 So by oath of those that revolve. (The planets.) 15 that hide, 16 and the night that falls, 17 and the morn as it breathes. 18 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is a word [conveyed by] a noble messenger 19 The mighty, the honoured in the presence of the Lord of the Throne. 20 obeyed, moreover trusty. 21 Your Companion is not mad, 22 And without doubt he saw him in the clear horizon. 23 He (Muhammad) is not accused of lying about the unseen. 24 This is not the utterance of an accursed devil. 25 Whither then go ye? 26 This is naught but an admonition unto the worlds 27 For the one among you who wishes to become upright. 28 And what will you wish, except if Allah wills the Lord of the Creation. 29
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
