The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
When the sun is wrapped up [in darkness] 1 And when the stars fall, 2 and when the mountains are moved, 3 The ten-month pregnant female camels are abandoned, 4 And when the wild beasts are gathered 5 And when the seas are set on fire, 6 When the souls are sorted out, (being joined, like with like); 7 and when the female infant buried alive is asked 8 For what sin she was killed? 9 When the scrolls are laid open; 10 And when the heaven shall be stripped, 11 when Hell is set ablaze, 12 And when the Garden shall be brought nigh, 13 Then every soul shall know that which it hath presented. 14 No indeed; I swear by the alternating stars 15 that hide, 16 And the Night as it dissipates; 17 and the morning when it extends, 18 truly this is the word of a noble Messenger 19 [Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position], 20 One (to be) obeyed, and faithful in trust. 21 And your companion is not insane. 22 And without doubt he saw him in the clear horizon. 23 And he is not avid of the Unseen. 24 Nor is it the word of an evil spirit accursed. 25 So where are you going? 26 This is a reminder for all the peoples of the world, 27 For him among you who pleases to go straight. 28 And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds. 29

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
