Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the sky is cleft asunder; 1 And when the stars shall be scattered, 2 And when the seas are flowed out, 3 and the graves are turned inside out, 4 Each soul will know what it had sent ahead and what it had left behind. 5 Human being, what evil has deceived you about your Gracious Lord, 6 who created thee and shaped thee and wrought thee in symmetry 7 Into whatever form He pleased He constituted you. 8 No! But you deny the Recompense. 9 But verily, over you (are appointed angels in charge of mankind) to watch you. 10 Honourablel scribes. 11 aware of whatever you do! 12 Behold, [in the life to come] the truly virtuous: will indeed be in bliss, 13 And the Wicked - they will be in the Fire, 14 [a fire] which they shall enter on Judgment Day, 15 to burn therein. 16 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is! 17 Then, what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense? 18 The day on which no soul will have the authority over any other soul; and on that day, the entire command belongs to Allah. 19
