Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When heaven is split open, 1 and when the stars are scattered, 2 when the seas are made to burst forth, 3 And when the graves are turned upside down (and they bring out their contents) 4 A soul will know what it hath sent before (it) and what left behind. 5 O man, what seduced you from your munificent Lord 6 Who created you, fashioned you perfectly, and gave you due proportion; 7 Into whatever form He pleased He constituted you. 8 By no means! Aye, ye belie the Requital. 9 you do so the while there are watchers over you; 10 watching over you 11 Knowing all what you may do. 12 Indeed the virtuous are in serenity. 13 and the evil-doers will be in hell 14 roasting therein on the Day of Doom, 15 And will not be able to hide from it. 16 And what will make you realize what the day of judgment is? 17 Again, what will make you realize what the day of judgment is? 18 The day on which no soul shall control anything for (another) soul; and the command on that day shall be entirely Allah's. 19
