Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the heaven becomes cleft asunder, 1 And when the stars shall be scattered, 2 And when the seas are erupted 3 And when the Graves are turned upside down;- 4 every human being will [at last] comprehend, what he has sent ahead and what he has held back [in this world]. 5 O man! What has deceived you about your generous Lord 6 Him Who created thee. Fashioned thee in due proportion, and gave thee a just bias; 7 In whatever form He willed has He assembled you. 8 No indeed; but you cry lies to the Doom; 9 But verily over you (are appointed angels) to protect you,- 10 Honourablel scribes. 11 They know what you do. 12 Verily, the Abrar (pious and righteous) will be in delight (Paradise); 13 whereas, behold, the wicked will indeed be in a blazing fire 14 roasting therein on the Day of Doom, 15 and which they shall not [be able to] evade. 16 And what will make you know what the Day of Recompense is? 17 Again: what will make you realize what the Day of Judgement will be? 18 [It will be] a Day when no human being shall be of the least avail to another human being: for on that Day [it will become manifest that] all sovereignty is God's alone. 19
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
