The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Woe unto the scrimpers: 1 who demand of other people full measure for themselves, 2 Whilst when they measure or weigh for them, give less. 3 Do they not think they will be raised (to life) again 4 on a fateful Day. 5 A Day whereon mankind shall stand before the Lord of the worlds? 6 Nay! Truly, the Record (writing of the deeds) of the Fujjar (disbelievers, sinners, evil-doers and wicked) is (preserved) in Sijjin. 7 And what do you know, how (wretched) the Sijjeen is! 8 A record [indelibly] inscribed! 9 Woe on that day to the rejecters, 10 Those that deny the Day of Judgment. 11 for, none gives the lie to it but such as are wont to transgress against all that is [and are] immersed in sin: 12 [and so,] whenever Our messages are conveyed to them, they but say: "Fables of ancient times!" 13 By no means! but on their hearts is the stain of the (ill) which they do! 14 No indeed; but upon that day they shall be veiled from their Lord, 15 Then they shall roast in Hell, 16 Further, it will be said to them: "This is the (reality) which ye rejected as false! 17 No indeed; the book of the pious is in Illiyun; 18 And what will make you know what the highest Iliyin is? 19 A record of good deeds written. 20 To which bear witness those brought nigh. 21 Lo! the righteous verily are in delight, 22 Reclining on couches, looking on. 23 You will recognize in their faces the brightness of bliss. 24 They will be given pure wine to drink, which is kept preserved, sealed. 25 whose seal is musk so let all aspirants aspire after that 26 And the admixture of it is a water of Tasnim, 27 a source [of bliss] whereof those who are drawn close unto God shall drink. 28 Verily those who have sinned were wont at those who had believed to laugh, 29 and whenever they pass by them, they wink at one another [derisively]; 30 And when they returned to their own folk, they returned jesting; 31 On seeing the believers, they would say, "These people have gone astray". 32 And withal, they have no call to watch over [the beliefs of] others... 33 So this day it is the believers who laugh at the disbelievers. 34 [for, resting in paradise] on couches, they will look on [and say to themselves]: 35 Are not the disbelievers paid (fully) for what they used to do? 36
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
