The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Woe to the defrauders, 1 when they measure against the people, take full measure 2 Whilst when they measure or weigh for them, give less. 3 Imagine such men not that they shall be raised up? 4 (To be raised) for a Great Day? 5 The Day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the worlds? 6 Woe to them! Let them know that the records of the sinner's deeds are in Sijin. 7 How will you comprehend what Sijjin is? 8 It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed. 9 Woe on that Day to those who belied it, 10 those who deny the Day of Judgement. 11 No one denies it except for the evil aggressor. 12 When you recite Our verses to him, he says, “Stories of earlier men!” 13 Nay, but that which they have earned is rust upon their hearts. 14 Nay, verily, from [the grace of] their Sustainer shall they on that Day be debarred; 15 Further, they will enter the Fire of Hell. 16 and be told: "This is the [very thing] to which you were wont to give the lie!" 17 No! Indeed, the record of the righteous is in 'illiyyun. 18 Would that you knew what Illiyin is! 19 It is a comprehensively written Book (of records). 20 which the angels placed near Allah to safeguard. 21 The virtuous will live in bliss, 22 On thrones, looking (at all things). 23 thou knowest in their faces the radiancy of bliss 24 They will be given pure wine to drink, which is kept preserved, sealed. 25 pouring forth with a fragrance of musk. To that [wine of paradise,] then, let all such aspire as [are willing to] aspire to things of high account: 26 And it is mixed with Tasneem. 27 A fountain whereof will drink those brought nigh. 28 Indeed the guilty used to laugh at the believers. 29 when they passed by them they winked, 30 When they returned to their people they returned jesting; 31 And when they saw them they said: Lo! these have gone astray. 32 (they said so although) they had not been appointed watchers over them. 33 This day it is those who believe who have the laugh of disbelievers, 34 [for, resting in paradise] on couches, they will look on [and say to themselves]: 35 Are not the disbelievers paid (fully) for what they used to do? 36
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
