The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Woe to the diminishers, 1 Who, when they take the measure (of their dues) from men take it fully, 2 And who, when they measure unto them or weigh for them, diminish. 3 Do they not think that they will be resurrected 4 On a mighty Day. 5 a Day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the Universe? 6 No! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in sijjeen. 7 And what will make you know what Sijjin is? 8 It is a comprehensively written Book (of records). 9 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies, 10 those who give the lie to the [coming of] Judgment Day: 11 And none will deny it, except every transgressor, rebel. 12 When Our verses are recited to him, he says, "Legends of the former peoples." 13 By no means! Aye! encrusted upon their hearts is that which they have been earning. 14 No indeed, on that Day they shall be veiled from their Lord. 15 Then, verily they will indeed enter and taste the burning flame of Hell. 16 Further, it will be said to them: "This is the (reality) which ye rejected as false! 17 No! Indeed, the record of the righteous is in 'illiyyun. 18 Would that you knew what Illiyin is! 19 A record of good deeds written. 20 Which is witnessed by the close ones. 21 Truly the Righteous will be in Bliss: 22 On Thrones (of Dignity) will they command a sight (of all things): 23 upon their faces thou wilt see the brightness of bliss. 24 They will be given pure wine to drink, which is kept preserved, sealed. 25 Its seal is upon musk; and for this should those who crave be eager. 26 And the admixture of it is a water of Tasnim, 27 A spring whereof drink those nearest to Allah. 28 The sinners had been laughing at the believers. 29 when they passed by them, they would wink at one another; 30 And when they went back to their people turned to make fun of them; 31 And when they saw them, they said: Most surely these are in error; 32 But they had not been sent as keepers over them! 33 On the Day of Judgment, the believers will laugh at the disbelievers 34 On high thrones, watching. 35 Have the unbelievers been duly rewarded for their deeds? 36
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
