The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By the heaven, holding mansions of the stars, 1 And by the Day promised, 2 And [by] the witness and what is witnessed, 3 the people of the pit were destroyed 4 Fire supplied (abundantly) with fuel, 5 When they were sitting at its edge. 6 Witnessing what they had done to the believers! 7 whom they hate for no other reason than that they believe in God, the Almighty, the One to whom all praise is due, 8 To Him only belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is a Witness over all things. 9 Those who persecute the believing men and women without repenting will suffer the torment of hell and that of the burning fire. 10 Those who believe, and do righteous deeds, for them await gardens underneath which rivers flow; that is the great triumph. 11 Stern indeed is your Lord's punishment. 12 Surely He it is Who originates and reproduces, 13 And He alone is truly-forgiving, all-embracing in His love, 14 the Lord of the Glorious Throne, 15 Always doing whatever He wills. 16 Did the story of the armies reach you? 17 of the Pharaoh and Thamud? 18 Nay! those who disbelieve are in (the act of) giving the lie to the truth. 19 Allah encompasses them all from behind. 20 What is revealed to you is certainly a glorious Quran 21 [Inscribed] in a Preserved Slate. 22
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
