The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
I swear by the mansions of the stars, 1 And [by] the promised Day 2 And by the witness and that whereunto he beareth testimony, 3 The companions of the pit were killed 4 of fire fiercely burning [for all who have attained to faith]! 5 When they sat by it, 6 and were witnessing what they did to the believers. 7 And they persecuted them for naught save that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Praiseworthy 8 To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, over all things, is Witness. 9 Surely those who tormented the believing men and the believing women and then did not repent, theirs shall be the chastisement of Hell, and theirs shall be the chastisement of burning. 10 As for the righteously striving believers, they will live in Paradise wherein streams flow. This is the greatest triumph. 11 Indeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe. 12 Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats. 13 and He is the All-forgiving, the All-loving, 14 Lord of the Throne, the Glorious, 15 a sovereign doer of whatever He wills. 16 Have you not heard the story of the hosts 17 Of Firon and Samood? 18 In fact the disbelievers are in denial. 19 and God is behind them, encompassing. 20 Indeed, this is a Glorious Koran, 21 (Inscribed) in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (The Preserved Tablet)! 22
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
