The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the heaven adorned with big stars. 1 By the Promised Day! 2 and by the witness (Muhammad) and that which is witnessed (the Day of Judgment), 3 Cursed be the makers of the pit, 4 of fire fiercely burning [for all who have attained to faith]! 5 When they sat by it, 6 And they witnessed what they were doing against the believers (i.e. burning them). 7 And what did they dislike from the Muslims, except that the Muslims accepted faith in Allah the Most Honourable, the Most Praiseworthy? 8 to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. God is witness over all things. 9 Those who persecute (or draw into temptation) the Believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the Penalty of Hell: They will have the Penalty of the Burning Fire. 10 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds will have gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great attainment. 11 Surely the might of your Lord is great. 12 It is He Who creates from the very beginning, and He can restore (life). 13 and He is the Ever Forgiving, the Most Loving 14 Lord of the Throne, the All-glorious, 15 Doer of what He will. 16 Has the story of the hordes 17 Of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and Thamud? 18 Yet those who deny the truth persist in denial. 19 But God surrounds them from all sides. 20 Indeed, this is a Glorious Koran, 21 inscribed on a well-guarded Tablet. 22
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Galaxies (Al-Burooj). Sent down in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
