The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the heaven adorned with big stars. 1 And by the Day promised, 2 And the witness and the witnessed, 3 Cursed be the makers of the pit, 4 by a burning fire 5 when they were seated over it 6 And to that which they did to the believers were witnesses. 7 And what did they dislike from the Muslims, except that the Muslims accepted faith in Allah the Most Honourable, the Most Praiseworthy? 8 God to whom belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and God is Witness over everything. 9 Verily those who affected the believing men and the believing women, and then repented not, theirs shall be the torment of Hell, and theirs shall be the torment of burning. 10 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds – for them are Gardens beneath which rivers flow; this is the great success. 11 The grip of your Lord is severe indeed! 12 it is He who begins and repeats [His creation], 13 He is the forgiving and the loving, 14 the Owner of the Throne, the Glorious One, 15 Doer of what He will. 16 Has there reached you the story of the soldiers - 17 (The armies of) Firaun and the tribe of Thamud. 18 Yet the unbelievers still belie, 19 and God is behind them, encompassing. 20 This is indeed the glorious Qur'an 21 inscribed on a well-guarded Tablet. 22
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
