The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who hath created and then proportioned, 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
