The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 in which he will neither die nor live therein. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 Though the life to come is better and abiding. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
