The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Wherein he will neither die nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 This indeed is what is taught in the former scriptures -- 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
