The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 then made it a blackening wrack. 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 but the most wretched shall flout it, 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 But the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty God's Truth.
