The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
