The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 who has created and shaped, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 in which he will neither die nor live therein. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. 15 No; but you prefer the present life, 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
