The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 who determined and guided, 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 but the most wretched shall flout it, 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 This indeed is what is taught in the former scriptures -- 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
