Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 He who fears will mind, 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
